Prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change or alter any prices as required.


We accept payment via a Visa or Mastercard Card. Your credit card account will show Live Simply on your transaction records.

We use a secure payment system which does not provide us with your credit card details. We do not use PayPal.

We also accept payment via internet banking. Our bank account details are ANZ 010113 0227703 00. Goods will be sent once funds have cleared.

We provide a receipted invoice sent with the goods. Copies of these are always available.

Product Range and Availability

Every effort will be made to fulfil all orders placed, however, we accept no responsibility or liability should we be unable to supply the goods ordered for any reason.


While we endeavour to supply correct information on this website at all times, mistakes, errors or omissions may occur accidentally and we take no responsibility for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use or application of information contained on this site.


Goods are warranted for 30 days from defective workmanship and material provided that the goods are unmodified in any way and are used for the purpose intended by the manufacturer.


Goods are delivered to New Zealand, Australia and Pacific Island Countries as listed.

$5.00 standard delivery charge anywhere within New Zealand. PO Box and Rural Delivery addresses will be serviced by the NZ Post network at no extra charge. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.

Goods sent to Australia and Pacific Islands have a delivery fee of NZD 20.00 and will be sent via the NZ/ Australia Post airmail system. Allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Should any parcel weigh over 10 kilograms within New Zealand or over 5 kilograms to either Australia or Pacific Island nations, there will be an extra freight charge to the original charge applicable. We will contact the purchaser regarding payment of the extra delivery costs.


In addition to the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act, we have a 100% 30 day happiness guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the product to us in its original condition for a refund under the following conditions:

You must contact us by phone or email prior to returning the product.

Proof of purchase and/or a receipt is required and you must be the original purchaser.

The product is not to be completely used up or damaged in any way.

You must meet delivery costs for returning the product.

Customers have the right to return any goods deemed faulty or damaged in transit for a replacement.

Personal Information

Through conducting normal business Live Simply may collect customer information including purchase history, contact and delivery details. This information will remain confidential and will be held securely, and will not be disclosed to any third party. We do not hold payment or credit card details. We do not ever disclose our database details or on sell them to a third party. We love our privacy as much as you do.
